Lemon-Blueberry Waffle Topper (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

  • 4 toaster waffles
  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup lowfat lemon yogurt

Directions:

  • Rinse and drain blueberries.
  • Place a hefty dollop (2 Tbs) of yogurt and a 1/4 cup of blueberries on each waffle.

Per serving: 4g protein, 1g fat, 109mg calcium, 19g carbohydrates, 93 calories

Peachy-Keen Yogurt Smoothie (Serves 6)

Ingredients:

  • 1 8-oz. cup lowfat peach yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced peaches, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)

Directions:

Combine ingredients in blender and whir until smooth.

Per serving: 2g protein, 0.5g fat, 70mg calcium, 9g carbohydrates, 48 calories

Strawberry Slurp (Serves 8)

Ingredients:

  • 1 10-oz. package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups strawberry frozen yogurt

Directions:

Combine ingredients in blender and whir until smooth.

Per serving: 3g protein, 1g fat, 120mg calcium, 14g carbohydrates, 76 calories
